Default servicing a four stroke OB

i am in the process of doing a first service on a 100 efi yamaha four stroke. is there a sump plug? or do i just suck it out the dipstick hole?
i just plan on changing the filter and oil, is there anything else i should replace or inspect.
i am a ex diesel mechanic servicing a outboard so i am a bit lost

would love to but it is $1750 one way for freight.

i just used a sludge pump and sucked the oil out the dipstick hole and
replaced the filter. hopefully that will do for now as i am going fishing in
    the morning.

they are just a collection of parts, the tricky bit is putting them in the right order.
