Fishing in Fiji

Just wondering if anyone has been over to Fiji lately and has any good ideas where to start or where to go to get some fishing done whilst on holdidays ? Any great charters, places/locations to go etc

Will be there for 10 days and would love to get out, kick back and do a bit of fishin'!:cool:

I am heading over in September as well and was wondering the same thing fit a bit of fishing in holidays would be good but dont know where to start any advice would be appreciated, like do we need to take our own gear etc?

Check out www.gtpopping.blogspot.com/ and www.gtpopping.com/ for info on gear and species.Expect to run into monster Gts.Same soughts of species you'd run into at Swains.Kinda similar tackle too, e'g PE8 rated at least and reels with high drag rating.'Can't wait to hear back from you guys.
We went there back in the 80s on a surfing trip to Cloudbreak and now wished we had fished there as well.Lots of wahoo,cobia and red reef species.
