    As for me, still waiting to get out, shouldn't be too much longer, rivers dropping as we speak.

    Got out yesterday for a half day session. Managed 4 cod with the best going 87cm and new P.B all released of course, just hope this is the start of a great season and that i havent peaked to early.

    Default slow opening

    hey guys,
    i hope others had a bit more success that us. we caught maybe a dozen fish between us for only 3 or 4 keepers (all released). lost some good fighting fish under logs. a few big carp on worms. the water was quite cold where we were and we didnt hear to many positive reports. here are a couple of pics of my phone. cheers guys

    Cheers guys,
    definitely happy with the fish that were landed. We had a great weekend out on the water with some beautiful weather and a heap of good mates. Looking forward to the coming months of fishing for sure.

    Thanks guys, yes Murph it was a very well conditioned fish. very heavy for its lengh put up one hell of a fight as well.

    Got this thumper from googong yesterday...





    Went 68cm's and extremely fat..

    Very happy with that for a start to the season.
