    Default Strange Carp

My missus caught these carp out the Hume weir yesterday. Has anyone seen a carp with such large scales before? I have never seen anything like it.
Not sure whether its a mutation or what.

over in England where they love the bloody things, carp like that are considered normal.
I seen then on youtube and the guy said it was some name but unsure.
Looks like a mutation to me.

yea ill second that dave pretty sure they actually loose those scales to be a full fledge mirror carp. could be wrong but yea. looks like a process they go through..
i once had a friend who was worried about losing my lures.... my reply... "i dont buy them to hang on my wall... they are there to be lost or catch a fish... but i rather the later"
