Sunbury Fishing

Hey everyone from Tacklebox.com,
I read a an post the other day ( couldnt remember if it was marc or fullboar who posted it) about 1 of those 2 releasing trout into the jackson's Creek. I was wondering if either you have been fishing in Jackson's Creek and if you have where are some good spots to go?

if you are willing to give up your secret locations i would love to know where i should be tossing my lures.
other than that are you guys catching anu fish around sunbury.
I know its been a couple of years for me but I always managed to land a couple of reddies and the odd tench when ive tried.
2 of the reddies went over 4 pound from the exact same spot

Ahhh .. there are some fine little spots in Sunbury.

Mostly on private property though unfortunately.

Geez i wouldnt mind landing a 4 pound reddy.

Haven't caught anything out of the accessible parts of Jacksons, I think fullboar has many years ago. It's a bit hard now as it's very overgrown in most parts.

There's plenty of good reddie (BIG) spots in Sunbury .. PM me.

Hey either scotty or marc do you guys run a trout farm? i read in a previous post that one of you did. it would be cool if i could come check it out.

Scott used to run a hatchery and teach fly fishing for trout ... unfortunately not any more

aww damn! I am thinking of digging up a part of our backyard and keeping some trout in it
