Default SAMURAI NV8 or S008 Alconite Kits

Hi this is my first post so here goes, Has anybody used the above kits?
This will be my First Rod. I will be using the rod for Tailor and Salmon . I am a land locked fisherman and mainly fish from jetties with bait and chuck lures from the beach. I will be using a shimano 4500 bait runner or similar reel on this rod with mono line 10 to 15 lb
I would like to spend up to $300.. Any other suggestions on blank type or guides would be helpfull
    thanks
    Richard

id stick with the set up your looking at Nobby, the Soo8 is a 6-8kg where the NV8 is a 6-10kg, i personally love he NV series...very light, looks sweet, and great low down grunt... from you supplied stats though the S008 sound like it will suite you. very well...and the Alconite spin kit has been hand picked by the guys @ frogleys to perfectly suit the supplied build reciepe so you cant really go wrong !

    Good Luck with it !
