Dave's Crab Dip (Warning Bloody Tasty)

    Here's a little treat for you

    250grm philli cream cheese
    2 tablespoons mayonaise
    2 teaspoons crushed garlic
    2 tablespoons wostershire sauce
    1 small onion grated
    salt n pepper
    Fountain spicy red sauce
    1tin crab meat (even better with fresh crab ooohhhhh)
    spring onion
    Arnotts water crackers (not as good with any other type of crackers)
    Ok lets get too it
    mix philli, mayo,garlic,woster,grated onion in a bowl with fork, salt and pepper to taste,spread mixture on a dinner plate approx 1-1.5cm thick, cover leave in fridge,o/night is best,then pour about a third of a bottle of spicy sauce and spread evenly, sprinkle with crabmeat and spring onion.use a knife to put on water crackers.Dont be put off about the garlic and onion trust me this is GOOD!
