Makeral fillets

    so caught myself a nice Mackie the other day, filleted it and stuck it in the freezer. Took it out yesterday to cook and the head chef (swimbo) went back to Perth. Gotta say it came up perfect, pan fried over a slow heat with just salt and pepper for seasoning. I don’t cook much but hell yeah it was tasty!
