    Hi all
Am thinking of getting a large enviro net mainly for cod. Has anyone used one? I wonder how durable the netting is and if hooks are difficult to remove...and if they do hook the netting frequently?
    Cheers

They are a great net Jim, hooks can get fouled in them, but easy to remove - a lot easier than a nylon string type net. I don't own one myself, but have used them often. I've got a short handled Rogue net that I use when kayak fishing, very similar in design and material to the Enviro and very easy to net and release a fish without damage or injury.

You should buy one, or even one of every size.

    Why?

    Why not?

As Diesel said, hooks rarely get fouled and they are a lot kinder on the fish as well. Ideal for our freshwater natives, such as Cod.

I don't own one, but a mate has one and I have used it many times - would recommend.
