Despite the recent news about arsenic leaking into the Maribyrnong River, where do any of you guys fish this river? I hear down behind Flemington Racecourse isn't too bad ?
Can't go past the anglers near the bridge! If the fish aren't biting live music a few cans makes for an awesome Sunday arvo!

Nippers, pod worm, peeled prawn (in that order) Noel Clarkes fishing store on Keilor Rd provide the freshest bait I can find.. Don't get sucked in to buying pippies, they don't work that good. Mick
Pippies weren't doing much for us at The Warmies on the weekend. Might follow your advice and grab some bait from there and head down this weekend, or one night this week. Thanks for the tip
